Orient Prepare For Robins Visit - Bristol City (H)

Next up for Leyton Orient is a home fixture against League 1 strugglers Bristol City on Tuesday night.

The O's will be hoping to return back to winning ways following the last minute defeat at home to Peterborough United on Saturday.

Bristol City are managed by Steve Coterill who took charge of the club in December following Sean O'Driscoll's dismissal only days after Orient's 2-2 draw with the Robins.

Many had expected Bristol City to be pushing for promotion at the beginning of the season, but the visitors find themselves in a battle to stay in the division instead.

Following their 1-1 draw at Oldham on Saturday, the Robins are now in 22nd, two points from safety.

Russell Slade's team will be expected to pick up all three points considering the visitors form this season but will have prevent any complacency from kicking in against the former Championship outfit.

Leyton Orient Team News:

Orient are set to be without Elliot Omozusi after the defender suffered a calf injury in the loss to Peterborough on Saturday.

Gary Sawyer looks set to replace Omozusi in the Orient defence.

Kevin Lisbie could start after coming on as a substitute against Peterborough.

Player to watch: Nathan Clarke

Orient's skipper will have to lead by example if the O's are to return to winning ways on Tuesday night.

Having lost their last two matches from last minute goals, Clarke will need to ensure the hosts remain focused in the final minutes to prevent conceding another late goal.

Clarke will be up against Jay Emmanuel-Thomas and Sam Baldock in the Bristol City attack so will have to be at his usual high standards to keep the pair quiet.

Bristol City Team News:

Bristol City will be without midfielder Marvin Elliot who suffered injuries to his head, wrist and ankle after falling awkwardly in the 1-1 draw against Oldham on Saturday.

Karleigh Osbourne could return to the starting line up after recovering from a hamstring injury.

Player to watch: Sam Baldock

Orient will have to keep a close eye on the Bristol City captain if they are to pick up all three points.

The 24 year old striker has 15 goals to his name already this season as well as seven assists, showing his importance to the Robins attack.

The former MK Dons forward signed for Bristol City from West Ham in the summer of 2012, putting pen to paper on a three-year deal.
