Nugent - No Rush To Sign Players

Leyton Orient assistant manager Kevin Nugent does not feel that the club need to rush into making any signings this summer.

Nugent, speaking to London24, believes Orient need to ensure they sign the right players.

"There are a number of players available but we have to make sure recruitment is right,' he said. "We need to make sure
that they are both technically, tactically right for the team. It`s not just that, we have a special bunch and the character has to be right as well, that`s crucial."

So far Orient have made only signed goalkeeper Adam Legzdins to replace Jamie Jones and could do with a few more players if Orient are to mount another promotion push.

Nugent also added that he is not surprised several of Orient's players are attracting other clubs.

"Because of the season we`ve had it`s only natural that they are linked with moves away," said Nugent.
