Vital Orient Player Of The Season - Result

On the back of Leyton Orient's record breaking campaign, O's fans have voted for their Player of the Season.

Despite missing out on promotion to the Championship, Russell Slade's side defied the odds as they finished in 3rd place before losing on penalties to Rotherham United in the Play-Off final.

The results are as follows:

Jamie Jones: 7%
Scott Cuthbert: 21%
Mathieu Baudry: 0%
Nathan Clarke: 4%
Elliot Omozusi: 4%
Moses Odubajo: 30%
Lloyd James: 0%
Romain Vincelot: 8%
Dean Cox: 26%
Kevin Lisbie: 0%
David Mooney: 0%

And the winner is with 30% of the vote... Moses Odubajo!

Odubajo tormented full-backs with his pace and skill throughout the season and scored a total of 12 goals, including a rasping left-footed volley to open the scoring at Wembley in the Play-Off final. The winger also finished the season second in the O's assist charts, setting up ten goals.

The 20 year-old made the most appearances out of any O's player last season, playing a total of 57 matches in all competitions.

The winger was rewarded for his fine form when he was named the Football League Young Player of the Month for April.

Odubajo made his Orient debut in 2011 and has gone on to make a total of 116 appearances in an O's shirt, attracting interest from several Premier League and Championship teams along the way.

Dean Cox (26%) and Scott Cuthbert (21%) finished in second and third place respectively.

Well done Mo!!!
