'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Two Friendlies This Weekend

The O's face a busy weekend before they begin the season proper next week away at Carlisle.

Tonight an Orient XI will travel to Clarence Park to face Southern League Premier side St. Albans.

It is expected that the Orient team to face the Saints will feature a mixture of youth players and trialists, with kick off at 19:30.

On Saturday, the east Londoners will play their second 'behind closed doors' friendly as they face Championship side QPR.

This match is likely to feature the full first team as they look for another 90 minute run-out before the next weekend's opener at Brunton Park.
