'If It's Football, It's Vital'

Griffith Departure Confirmed

As expected Anthony Griffith has completed his switch back to Port Vale on a permanent basis.

The 26 year old struggled to make an impact in his time at the O's making 28 appearances before being sent out on loan to Vale at the end of last season.

He impressed manager Micky Adams enough to bring him back to Vale Park on a one-year contract.

It is now expected that Orient boss Russell Slade will bring in a central midfielder to replace Griffith.
