Is Napoli Owner Interested In Buying Orient?

A report coming out from Napoli Magazine, a website dedicated to Serie A runners-up Napoli yesterday suggests that their owner and president Aurelio De Laurentiis is interested in investing in a London based team, with that team rumoured to be Leyton Orient.

The outspoken chairman who has recently rebuffed Manchester City's attempts to poach star striker Edinson Cavani, claiming the Sky Blue side cannot afford him, is looking to follow in the footsteps of fellow Italian chairman Gino Pozzo, who owns Udinese and Championship side Watford.

Whether this report is accurate remains in question, but there has been faint whispers on the grapevine that the O's could be set for a cash injection from a new board member.
