Transfer Rumour - Batt Released By Millwall

Shaun Batt has turned down the opportunity to extend his stay at Championship side Millwall in the hunt for more regular first team action.

The striker said his farewell to the New Den on the social networking website Twitter this morning as he now aims to find a new club.

Orient have been linked for a move for him according to Millwall website News At Den along with fellow League 1 teams Notts County and Preston North End.

Batt proved on loan last season that he can be a good player at League 1 level, whether the O's can convince him his future lies in E10 only time will tell.
