Slade Signs New Contract

Slade Signs New Contract

Orient manager Russell Slade has signed a contract extension which will see him stay at the club until the end of the 2015/16 season.

The 52 year old's contract had due to run out at the end of next season, but has now extended his deal to a run for a further two years.

Also staying with Slade are his management team in the form of Assistant Kevin Nugent and Chief Scout Kevin Dearden.

The coaching duo have agreed to continue working with the club until June 2016.

Speaking on the club website the manager was pleased to further his stay in E10.

'I`m delighted to be extending my contract with the Club, I feel we`ve made huge progress on and off the field in my time here and we have some positive foundations in place to build on for next season.'

Another positive note coming out of the club as Orient begin to prepare for the exciting challenge of the 2013/14 campaign.
