Vincelot Misses Out On Player Of The Month

Romain Vincelot missed out on winning League 1's Player of the Month for April as the award went to Oldham Athletic's Matt Smith.

Smith scored three times in eight games during April as he was selected ahead of Vincelot to collect the prize.

The Frenchman impressed for the O's despite playing out of his natural position of central midfield.

Leyton Orient are still waiting to hear back from the 27 year old about his future in E10 as he mulls over a contract offer from the club.

He can be one of Orient's biggest assets next season if he re-signs and every Orient fan is desperate that he pens a new deal at Brisbane Road.
