Result: Orient 1-3 Huddersfield
Leyton Orient held the lead for a brief time against promotion chasing Huddersfield but eventually succumbed to defeat on Tuesday night.
Matthew Spring (14) got Orient off to a flyer but within minutes Huddersfield were level when Jimmy Smith (18) scored an own goal.
With half time approaching it was looking likely that the sides would be level but in injury-time Jordan Rhodes (45+1) put the visitors ahead.
As Orient chased the game they left gaps at the back and in the dying moments Rhodes (90) struck again to secure a 3-1 win for the visitors.
Defeat leaves The O's sitting just five points of the relegation places, but their destiny is still very much in their own hands.
