LOFC - Alnwick loan extended
Ben Alnwick's initial one month loan at Brisbane Road has been extended by a further two months, to keep Alnwick at the club for the maximum length of time for an emergency loan, 93 days.
The ex-Sunderland and Norwich City keeper originally joined on a one month loan and made three appearances for the club before suffering a groin injury in training.
The 24 year old from Prudhoe, Northumbria hasn't played since the 3-1 home defeat to Oldham Athletic in League One on the 17th September 2011 but will now stay at Orient until the 11th December.
It is unclear as yet whether Spurs will allow Alnwick to play in the FA Cup 1st and 2nd Rounds for Orient, but it is likely as we were allowed to use loanees Tommy Carroll, Harry Kane and Paul-José M'Poku in last seasons competition.
