Orient sign Jones

Ex Everton youngster Jamie Jones signs for The O's. The 19 year old found it difficult to break into the Everton squad with the likes of American international Tim Howard in his way.

The kirkby-born stopper Jones will provide experience and will build competition between Morris and Jones.

The 19 year old goalkeeper had previously impressed scouts and was a player who was in Ling's shortlist.

Jamie is of a tall size and looks to be a good asset to the Orient squad. The youngster Jones will be fighting for first place behind Morris who has been promised it already!

a two year contract is risky but I am sure Ling knows what he is doing!

So many youngsters from premiership clubs coming down to this level, hopefully wll help improve the league with the principles they learnt at a higher level.

I hope so...but are they going down to come up or going down becuase they are not good enough to play at a higher level!?

Sounds like a decent signing who should do well in League One.
